Accommodation Terms and Conditions:

• Check-in - 14:00, Check-out - 12:00;
• On arrival vacationers are to apply to the receptionist of the hotel. Required documents: passport, tourist firm voucher, for children - birth certificate and disease-free environment certificate;
• Children are admitted at any age, under six years old the have free of charge accommodation, sleeting place and meals are provided on request. Price for extra bed in the room of any rating is 550 UAH per person a day.

• Pets are allowed in hotel (little pets, such as tiny-breed dogs, birds, etc. in cages).

  The guest should give a notice about staying in hotel with a pet.

  On arrival the guest subscribe an agreement about staying in hotel with a pet.  

  The guest has responsibility for hotel property damaged by his pet.

 

The price includes: accommodation, boarding plan - breakfast in the restaurant (menu a la carte), use of Roman baths with Jacuzzi and salt room, use of the outdoor swimming pool from April to November,  guarded car park, luggage transfer, Wi-Fi.

Compulsory one-time extra payment is the tourist fee = 1% of the voucher price (paid mandatory on the spot).

The price excludes: insurance.
