All guestrooms of this small luxurious hotel are equipped with air-conditioners, self- contained heating, plasma TV with satellite antenna, telephone, Wi-Fi Internet, safe, mini-bar. Bathroom units have heated floors, CHOPARD and BULGARY toiletries. Suites, apartments and penthouse have a detached and equipped kitchen with built-in  domestic appliances.

  Rooms are on second – third floors of the hotel, with and without balconies with a view of old street of Yalta,  panorama of Crimean mountains, hotel park and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.   All hotel rooms have a large double bed, a spacious bathroom in the style of Old England.  Capacity of this room is 2 guests. There is no extra bed in this room.

• Double Junior Suite  (1-roomed, total area is 40 sq.m)
  Rooms are on second – third floors of the hotel, without balconies with picturesque views of old streets of Yalta.   All hotel rooms have a large double bed, a personal bathroom. One of Junior Suites have a study  room and an exit to a furnished balcony. Capacity of this room is 2 guests. There is no extra bed in this room.
  
  
• Double Classic Suite  (2-roomed, total area is 76 sq.m)
  Rooms are on fourth floor of the hotel, with a balcony and views of the south side of the hotel park,  seafront of Yalta, and Morskaya historical street.   All hotel rooms have a bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom unit and a balcony; a lounge with rest area, comfortable sofa, dinner and kitchen area.   Rooms are on fourth floor of the hotel, with two bedrooms with a large double bed and twins, a bathroom unit and a balcony; a lounge with rest area, comfortable sofa, dinner and kitchen area. Each of the rooms has a furnished terrace.  Rooms have a view of the sea, park area, seafront of Yalta, historic street Morskaya and Alexander Nevsky Cathedral.Capacity of this room is 4 guests.   The best guestroom of villa Elena, Royal Penthouse is located on the fifth floor. Room amenities: two bedrooms, a lounge.    There is a bedroom with spacious double bed, an exit to the East terrace with a view of beautiful architectural monument, mansion Villa Elena, restaurant Grand Terrace, park and swimming pool of the hotel, east of the Crimean Mountains Chain  and the seashore.  This room has a splendid view of Big Yalta.
  
  
• Quad Royal President Penthouse No 503 (3-roomed, total area is 192 sq.m)
  The room is located on the 5^th floor. Room amenities: two bathroom units, a detached cloak room, a dining room and a kitchen. The lounge of this penthouse has individual dining area and exit to a south furnished terrace overlooking the Crimean Mountains, and old-aged streets of Yalta. .
