Wellness SPA Hotel Morie  There are ten luxury villas and a main building of the SPA-hotel.

Hotel offers for accommodation  231 comfortable rooms:  There are 90 luxury rooms including Duplex, Suites and Junior Suites and 141 1-roomed double rooms. 

SPA-hotel: a modern 9-storey building with a lift, nested on the green mountain slope with a splendid view. There is a piano bar in the hall. The pride of the Resort Hotel Morie, Medical SPA centre is located on the bottom floors.  Distance to the beach is 150 meters.

Villa No. 1 : 4-storey building with a lift is situated at the foot of mountain Kastel.  Villa is a mini boarding house on its structure.  There is a diving centre, an outdoor swimming pool of  2,35 depth and a Jacuzzi cup.  There are 21 rooms at the hotel and 42 visitors can be accommodated here simultaneously.  Distance to the beach is 120 meters. There is not accommodation and place for children  on villa No 1 and nearby swimming pool.   Territory of the villa is childfree.

Villa No. 2  4-storey building with a lift.  The pride of the villa is an old-aged red-wood and a swimming pool of 2 m depth beneath with an outdoor bar.   There are 21 rooms at the hotel and 42 visitors can be accommodated here simultaneously.  Distance from buildings to the sea is 40 meters.

Villa No 3: 3-storey villa is situated in a quiet place in the depth of the park. There are 8 rooms on the villa for simultaneous accommodation of 24 guests.  There is a swimming pool near the villa No 8. It’s  depth is 1,7 meters.  Distance to the beach is 55 meters.

Villa No. 4 : 4-storey villa is situated in a quiet place in the park. There are 22 rooms in the villa for simultaneous accommodation of 44 guests.  There is a separate entrance for two guest rooms.  There is a children’s playground near the villa. Distance to the beach is 120 meters.

Villa No. 5 : Built in 2001, it is a 3-storey villa connected between three blocks with different exits. There are 15 rooms at the villa in total, for simultaneous accommodation of 30 guests. This villa is equally distant to the beach, the swimming pool and the entertaining complex that’s why thanks to its location and numerous nearby activities villa is popular among vacationers.  Distance to the beach is 80 meters. Distance to the central swimming pool is 10 meters.

Villa No. 6 : 5-storey building of modern design.   Villa offers 51 guest room for simultaneous accommodation of 102 guests. On the 1-st floor there is a reception, lobby with a terrace  and a bar. There is a panoramic lift in the building.  Distance to the swimming pool is 25 m, to the beach is 100 meters.

Villa No. 7  of only 5 guest rooms: this inn type villa is situated a bit apart from other buildings, it is surrounded by greenery and flowers.  This villa is designed in the style of 1930-s but it has up-to-date room planning and interior.  There is a hall-lounge with a fireplace, a Turkish bath with hammam, Finnish sauna, outdoor terrace and a vine cellar.

Villa No. 8 : 2-storey villa is situated in a quiet place in the depth of the park,  next to the villa No 3 and is reserved for accommodation of the VIP guests. This villa of four guest rooms can simultaneously accommodate up to 16 visitors.  There is an outdoor dolphin-shaped swimming pool (h-1,7 m) next to the villa.   Distance to the beach is 60 meters.

Villa No. 9  : a new, 9-storey building with a lift built on original project in the highest nook of the hotel complex Morie with breathtaking view to the sea.  Villa offers 30 guest room for simultaneous accommodation of 82 guests. Villa offers a well-developed hotel infrastructure: on the first floor of the villa there is a conference-hall (it turns into business centre in summer), mini - SPA complex (hammam, Finnish and Roman sauna, massage parlour), there is an outdoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a fountain next to the villa.  Distance to the sea is 120 meters.

Villa No. 10  (this villa has 6 guestrooms) it is situated in the depth of the park far from the noise and fuss.  Classic style design of the premises will be to the liking of the true luxury connoisseurs.  On the ground floor there is a mini SPA centre (with a swimming pool under night sky lightening, hammam, Roman bath, saunas, Jacuzzi).    There is a lounge with a fireplace and exit to the terrace, a banquet hall and a kitchen.  Distance to the sea is 120 meters.
