Sanatorium Nizniaya Oreanda is a health resort of wide specialization. It is situated in a woodland landscape park. The palace of Nikolas I was build in Nizniaya Oreanda in the second part of XIX century. It was the first of tsar's palaces in Crimea. The sanatorium for leaders of the Soviet government and communist party was built on the place of the palace in 1948. Sanatorium Nizniaya Oreanda offers to combine luxurious rest in Yalta with prophylactic medical treatment procedures.

Check-in: 12:00 (first service is lunch); check-out: before 10:00 (last service is breakfast).

Required documents: passport, tour voucher, sanatorium-resort record or health record; for children: birth certificate, vaccination, health certificate.
Special discounts for extra bed accommodation: Extra bed for children aged up to 7 y.o. - 65% of main bed price; children aged 7-16 y.o. - 25% of the main bed price; adults - 20 % of the main bed price. Net Costs.
